Il Camelicchio Country House is situated in an elegant and exclusive location, surrounded by hills, in the untouched Umbrian countryside between Spoleto and Terni, and in the Valserra Natural Park.
It’s a tranquil place for relaxing walks in the woods where you can collect mushrooms, wild asparagus, chestnuts, and other natural products found in this environment.
Relais Camelicchio offers its guests luxuriously furnished double rooms, apartments, three to four rooms, with telephone, internet access, satellite TV and with unique finishing and superior comfort, and one suite with balcony, fireplace and kitchen.
The structure is set on 7000 sq m (completely fenced) and there is a swimming pool and tennis court. The garden is equipped with tables, chairs, chaise longue, and sun beds set about the tall pines and English-style lawn.
On the ground floor you can take advantage of a charming tavern with bar , sitting room and large fireplace, in addition to an equipped gym with independent entry, hydromassage, saunaand shower.
Mountain bikes are available for our guests’ use, as well as a barbecue and tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor life with friends or family.

Country House La Porta del Tempo

The Country House La Porta del Tempo is located in the Medieval hamlet of Stroncone, approximately 6 Km far from the Marmore Falls.
This superb Country House is a result of the restoration of a sixteenth century ancient stone building right in the center of this village that, with its alleys and its portals in stone, contributes to make the overstay unforgettable: a dip in the past, which restores from the stress of the modem life.
It offers fascinating and particular rooms with all comforts requested from the highest hotel standard.
In the morning, the delicious fragrance from the kitchen will announce you the breakfast; a surprise every day: cakes, biscuit, and many more home made sweet.
La Porta del Tempo is composed of 8 rooms, 1 single and 7 doubles, all originally furnished each one in a different way with colours pastel and graceful decorations on the walls.
Their atmospheres have maintained the originality of the place; you will be able therefore, to appreciate the pavements of the structure in masonry, the beams and in some rooms even fresco of the ' 500.
La Porta del Tempo organizes cooking lessons for a minimum of three days upon request.
In the outskirts it is also possible to practise several sports activities such as : rafting, canyoning, canoe-cayak, hidrospeed, trekking, surviving, speleologia, free climbing and quad.

Rocca Ranne

The Rocca Ranne hotel, placed in the heart of the charming little center of Montefranco, is composed by two separate blocks which, developing on four levels, are part of an ancient building completely recovered in his original style.
This elegant small hotel offers its guests fifty comfortable bedrooms: singles, doubles and suites, all equipped with tv, phone, bathroom and autonomous heating.

The Abbey San Pietro in Valle is a splendid historical residence, located in Umbria between the Marmore Waterfalls and Spoleto.
It sits softly on a plateau on Mount Solemn, 400 metres above the sea level and it is completely surrounded by the thick and luxurious vegetation that covers all the Nerina Valley.
Upon arrival to the Abbey, you will be welcomed by Federica, Letizia and Chiara the three owner sisters who are managing the historical hotel. The suggestive rooms are for the main part located in the antique cells of the Benedictine monks, or in the forestry of the convent and each one is different from the other ones: some have a fireplace, others shelves and nooks, wall closets, vestibules and loopholes.
The breakfast is outside in the cloister yard during the warm season.
The buffet, rich and tasty, includes the marmalades of Chiara, the torts and the homemade cake, the fresh bread of Arrone, the fresh fruit of the farmer friends n addition to the fruit juices, the sausages, the cheeses, the yogurt, butter, honey, croissants and eggs on request.
The bar is in the reception and provides room service, in garden, in the cloister or in the refectory.

The antique residence is situated in the Umbrian countryside along the hillside on the slopes of the Amerino Navarese-ridge, protected from the north winds, dominant on the hills that go down towards the Via Consolare Flaminia that links Rome to the antique Nequinium (today's Narni); this is where the toponym "Costa Romana" comes from.
The 19th century building, built on antique Medieval style, as testified by the beautiful squared stones re-used in the masonry, has its own origins; it was in fact owned by a tenant farmer in the service of the Counts Mancinelli Scotti of S. Vito whose summer residence, called Palazzone (big palace - 18th century) features on the nearby hill.
Today this charming house, beautifully furnished with antique furniture, has returned to life in order to give a moment of joy and relaxation.
